To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your collected personal data is to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, to structure the products and services offered according to your needs, to ensure the personal, legal and commercial information security of the data subjects who have a business and contractual relationship with our company, to maintain the relevant communication within the scope of our CRM activities, To our business partners, group companies, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, for the purpose of evaluating the customers/suppliers/dealers (authorized or employees) for business purposes, determining the commercial and business strategies of our Company, implementing the marketing activities and ensuring the execution of our human resources policies, KVK Law Personal data can be transferred within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media in order to provide the products and services we offer by the Company within the legal framework determined in line with the above-mentioned purposes, and in this context, for our Company to fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

Rights of Personal Data Owners Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law

As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company as described in the KVKK legislation. Our company will finalize your application free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the content of your request. If a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined according to the legislation may be charged.
